Sacchi is a Technical Recruiter, Diversity Consultant, and Speaker specializing in healthy masculinity, gender equality, diversity.
Sacchi worked as Technical Recruiter at Google and Facebook and prior to that he served as Manager of Education & Emergency Response at the Sexual Assault & Relationship Abuse Office at Stanford University from 2012-2014, where he created and taught classes at Stanford Medical School as well.

In January 2012, Sacchi began serving as an elected member of the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
He has served as the Graduate Assistant of the Syracuse University R.A.P.E. Center and a Faculty Co-Facilitator for Sociology/Women & Gender Studies 230: Intergroup Dialogue. For six years, he was involved with A Men's Issue (AMI), a student group dedicated to examining issues of masculinity and gender violence. He has served as AMI President and currently as Staff mentor. Sacchi is trained as a staff facilitator for the Mentors in Violence Prevention program (MVP) for campus and community application.
Additionally, Sacchi was an employee at Vera House Domestic Violence Shelter (Syracuse, NY) for over 2 and a half years having held positions as a Child Advocate and Crisis Call Advocate at the emergency shelter, facilitator for the Alternatives Program for male batterers, and as an MVP staff trainer. He is a frequent conference presenter and facilitator and most recently has presented at The First National Conference For Campus Based Men's Gender Equality and Anti-Violence Groups, The 39th Annual Meeting of the New York State Foundations of Education Association and Paving A Rocky Road: Removing Barriers to Men’s Engagement.
